Clay Eason

Clay Eason is a native of Dunn, North Carolina and graduated from North Carolina State University.  In 1996-97 he became an All-American pitcher, as a senior, and was a seven season veteran of professional baseball as well.  The Philadelphia Phillies drafted Eason in the 1997 June draft and he played the next three seasons in the Phillies organization.  He joined the White Sox organization as a free agent before his career was cut short due to a surgery on his throwing shoulder.  He then moved into the college coaching ranks as an assistant coach of Furman University and North Carolina State University, and a pitching coach/recruiting coordinator at Indiana University.   Eason will work directly with the middle school and high school pitchers of Diamond Dynamics.

Coach Eason resides in Bloomington, IN and will help take the athletes of Diamond Dynamics to the next level.  He has agreed to offer baseball instruction, as well as to assist our athletes in the college recruiting process.  Eason has connections with many college coaches throughout the country and will help our athletes in these areas as they desire.  We are glad to welcome Clay back to our of our staff and we feel he can contribute tremendously to the growth of our athletes.
